Barrier Dunes, a gated community at the Northern tip of Cape San Blas, has more to offer than any other place on Cape San Blas. This community of townhouses is a great place for outdoor enthusiasts. There are 2 swimming pools, tennis courts and fishing ponds. There is also a playground and stations for pets throughout the neighborhood that encourage you to take your dog on a walk. The State Park offers a variety of activities, including nature trails and boat ramps that take you to the bay and gulf.
Every year is special with families and children sharing memories in spring and summer, and stunning fall sunsets to the tight-knit crowd of visitors that congregate in winter. This 2-bedroom, end unit can comfortably accommodate 6 people and your pet. You can walk to the beach from the unit. From the balcony, you can see the tennis courts. Outside, there is an enclosed shower so you can wash your beach clothes before going inside. We will provide everything you need, including your bathing suit and food.
