Perched on top of a sand dune, just passed the rock wall on Cape San Blas, it’s impossible to get any closer to the water than in Dolphin Watch. The gentle waves of the gulf hit just beyond the staircase leading from the house to the beach. On the opposite side of the house, just across the street, is the St. Joseph Bay. The bay is a marine life wonderland. Perfect for snorkeling, kayaking, paddleboarding and inshore fishing.
Dolphin Watch accommodates a party of 6 comfortably with 3 bedrooms on the top floor, and the living area on the main level. Each of the three bedrooms are gulf front with fantastic gulf views of the beach and access onto a large covered deck.
