It is located directly across from the community pool, with additional parking also available. With only a few steps, the front porch is open and inviting to greet you upon arrival. Conveniently, the large living area and a master bedroom are located on the ground floor. Once you step inside, you’ll notice that the open floor plan allows easy flow within the house. Take a step out of the back door, and you’ll find a great sitting area.

The kids will love their bedroom, which comes complete with a Pac-Man Pals Arcade game. This and the other bedroom is located on the second floor, each of which have access to a private bathroom and a TV. The two upstairs bedrooms have access to a covered deck with views of the gulf, bay, and pool.
