The floor plan is arranged by levels. On the ground level, there is covered parking, a covered patio on the gulf side with outdoor dining tables and chairs, and an outdoor shower. A half bath is also located under the house, which can be convenient when spending the day outside.

The first living level includes the main living room (with sliding doors opening to both a screened deck and an open deck), a gulf-front dining area, a kitchen, a laundry room, and a half bath. Bedroom 1 is on this level and is furnished with a twin bed, a trundle bed, and a bunk bed; it opens to the living room. Please note that Bedroom 1 does not have a private bath and must use one of the other bedrooms’ full bathrooms.

On the second level, Bedroom 2 is a gulf-front primary suite with a king bed, deck access, and a primary bathroom with double vanities, a claw-foot tub, and a separate shower. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have a queen bed and a private full bathroom with a shower only. Additional provided amenities include air conditioning, internet access, televisions, towels/linens, a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator with ice maker, blender, coffee maker (drip style), grill, and remote keyless check-in/out. Beach access conditions can vary due to shifting bayou paths; at times, access is via a neighboring boardwalk.

If you need some rest and relaxation, spend the day on the wide-spread beaches of Indian Pass or reading a book on one of the comfortable outdoor living spaces. When you’re ready to explore, the bayou is just beyond your private boardwalk and can occupy hours of the little ones’ time chasing crabs, building sandcastles or simply splashing in the water.

Most visit Gulf County, FL for the wonder that’s in store. You never have the same vacation experience twice here. Being outdoors is key to family fun. Coastal Cove has embraced this by providing ample outdoor spaces with sturdy, comfortable furniture both in open areas as well as screened-in spots on all levels of the house. The interior of the home is cleverly designed with the vacationer in mind. Beyond the splendor of the decor, the function is just as exquisite. First the views, which is why you’ve chosen this spot. With glass sliding doors stretching the entire gulf front side of the living level, you can bring the outdoors in by losing yourself in the views. There’s even a killer view from the master bath. The owners realize there are times while at the beach you don’t actually want to be on the beach and have provided flat screens in every room in the house. Inside or out, Coastal Cove has it all.

Floor Plan: Ground level – lot of parking out front if you have multiple cars or want to bring a boat. Covered patio on the gulf side with multiple outdoor dining tables and chairs, and outdoor shower. 1st level – Bedroom 1 – twin bed, trundle, bunk set and TV. This room opens up to the Living Room. Gulf front living room with flat screen TV and sliding doors that open to a screened deck and an open one. Gulf front dining area, kitchen with laundry room and a half bath. 2nd level – Bedroom 2 – gulf front master bedroom with king bed, TV, 2 sliding glass doors that open onto a gulf front deck and the master bath with a sliding glass door, double vanities, claw foot tub and separate shower. Bedroom 3 – queen bed, TV and full bath with shower only; and Bedroom 4 – queen bed, TV and full bath with shower only. Please note Bedroom 1 does not have a private bath and is required to use one of the other bedroom's full bath.

*Note: Due to Mother Nature, Money Bayou's path shifts and can be in front of this property blocking direct beach access at times. Currently, beach access can be gained by utilizing the neighbors boardwalk. The boardwalk can be reached by walking between the two flagpoles between the properties.
