Construction Notice<br />
Please note that a building improvement project is currently underway at Honua Kai. Contractor mobilization began in December 2025, with in-unit work commencing January 19, 2026. Guests may experience intermittent construction noise, increased activity in hallways and elevators, and observe workers and equipment in common areas. Noise is expected to occur in short periods and should not be continuous. Protective coverings may be utilized throughout travel corridors, and cranes may be positioned around the property during various phases of construction.<br />
