In the living room, you will find comfortable seating, including the Queen sleeper sofa, an LCD flat screen TV for relaxing after a fun day outdoors and incredible scenic views, with two sets of large floor to ceiling lanai doors accessing your ground floor patio! Take advantage of the complimentary high-speed wireless internet, free unlimited calling to US and Canada, ceiling fans and central AC throughout the condo.</p>
<p>The kitchen is fully equipped with granite slab countertops, custom cabinetry with optimal storage, stainless steel appliances, peekaboo seascape views, and easy access to your patio, the perfect place to enjoy home cooked meals!</p>
<p>The bathroom features a sizable walk-in, tiled shower, with accent sun windows for natural light. Get ready at your separate vanities, with personal sinks, oversized mirrors, granite countertops, and plenty of room and storage during your stay. The enclosed toilet room offers privacy and space from the shower and vanity area.</p>
<p>The master suite offers a King bed, and is lined with oversized windows and a floor to ceiling, sliding glass door, leading to your small, secluded lanai!</p>
<p>There is also a stackable washer and dryer which provides additional convenience and independence during your stay. Quam Properties provides basic amenities like beach and bath towels. We also provide a starter kit of laundry detergent, dish pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap and more!</p>

Cancellation Policy:<br />
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):<br />
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.<br />
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.<br />
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.<br />
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):<br />
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.<br />
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.</p>
