Napili Lani is located at the Napili Kai Resort consisting of 37 units, all privately owned. Napili Lani is not Napili Kai Beach.&nbsp; It is a privately owned unit. Since the resort does not manage this unit, you are NOT allowed to use their facilities except for our upper pool and grills.&nbsp;<br />

This unit is a direct oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo just steps away from a beautiful white sand beach with clear water, great swimming, snorkeling, and fabulous sunsets. This unit has one king-size bed, two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy cooking meals in this fully equipped kitchen, that features granite countertops, cabinets, and full-size kitchen appliances. Enjoy eating at the dining table facing the ocean! In the living room, you will find comfortable seating and a flat screen TV for relaxing after a fun day outdoors!&nbsp;Free wireless high-speed internet, ceiling fans, and central AC throughout the condo.&nbsp;<br />

Guests can enjoy access to the upper pool and grills.&nbsp;&nbsp;Parking is available on-site, and there are no additional resort fees.&nbsp;Please Note: While Napili Lani is situated on the beautiful grounds of the Napili Kai Beach Resort, it is part of a separate association and does not include access to the resort&rsquo;s amenities. This includes but is not limited to, the pools, lobby services, beach towels, housekeeping, or maintenance provided by Napili Kai. Cancellation Policy:<br />
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):<br />
- Guests may cancel outside of 30&nbsp;days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.<br />
- Cancellations made 29-14&nbsp;days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.<br />
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.<br />
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):<br />
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.<br />
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.<br />
