Upon arrival, you will check in with the front desk team, where they will collect the parking fee of $15 per day. The property offers elevator access to your floor, and a conveniently located laundry facility sits right nearby, featuring modern credit-card operated machines ($3.00 per wash and $2.25 per dry). - Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.<br />
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.<br />
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.<br />

- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.<br />
