PROPERTY ACCESS:<br />
We will provide your arrival information two weeks before your arrival, or sooner if you are arriving within that timeframe. Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM, and check-out is before or by 10:00 AM.&nbsp; *Early check-ins and late check-outs, in all cases, require prior approval and are subject to additional fees.<br />

Cancellation Policy:<br />
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):<br />
- Guests may cancel outside of 30&nbsp;days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.<br />
- Cancellations made 29-14&nbsp;days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.<br />
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.<br />
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):<br />
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.<br />
