Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this quiet, attractive, comfortable cottage located in the main St. Simons Island Village area. Built in 2012, the home is located in a private, upscale neighborhood of Village Oaks and features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The open and alluring floor plan features a living room, dining room and kitchen. In addition, the kitchen has a nice island and bar stools for extra seating. A large flat screen TV is mounted over the decorative fireplace. The master bedroom features a King size bed, large sitting area and bath with a custom shower - all leading out to a deck on the first level. The laundry room and an additional half bath are also on the first floor.

The second floor has two additional bedrooms. The first has a Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with a nice walk in shower. The second bedroom also has a Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Located on the landing at the top of the stairs, there are two additional twin beds and a nice sitting area with a love seat and a large flat screened TV. The side yard has nice deck and the yard is neatly landscaped. This house is just around the corner from the main village and its' many attractions including the Village Pier, Neptune Fun Zone and tidal beach access. Walk to your favorite restaurant - Barbara Jeans, Brogens, Iguanas or Zuzu's!
