Bring your kids or another couple who can take advantage of the sleeper sofa in the living room. A Laundromat is just steps away from this unit. Ocean Walk condominiums are walking distance to the pier/village area, where you can enjoy great dining, beach shops, or stroll the waterfront. When you are ready to hit the beach you will be less than a mile to several beach access points.

At the complex you will have two pools to choose from with one being heated yearly from September until April. If tennis is your sport, then you are in luck, Ocean Walk has tennis courts, as well as a fitness center, clubhouse, business center and fishing lake. (Catch and release only.)

• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
