You also won't be far from the Pier Village, where you'll find some of St. Simons' most popular shops, restaurants, and activities such as putt putt, bike rentals, Southeast Adventures, and the lighthouse and visitors center. The 3rd floor has 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a King and the other with a Queen. Each bedroom has an en-suite with a tub/shower combination.

Living/Kitchen/Dining:
The open concept 2nd floor includes the kitchen with dining table for 6 plus 2 counter bar stools, living room with a 65 inch HD smart TV, half bathroom, laundry room and a screened-in porch - a perfect place to enjoy a good book and a cup of coffee.

Guest Bedroom 4:
The 1st floor has a smaller bedroom with a twin daybed and twin trundle and full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There is also an ocean front pool just for the use of East End Condos guests and two assigned parking spaces right outside of the front door. There is an additional one-car garage in the unit for your use as well. This beautifully decorated, coastal chic townhome has everything you will need to have a wonderful vacation!

Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
