You may look online or in the brochure and will note that the sunroom has lots of windows, including a 9' X 5' picture window, with 2 sleep chairs. It makes for a great place to have breakfast and watch the waves roll in. This property offers three places for your dining pleasure; the dining room, the sun room, and the upper deck where you can enjoy your meal under the shade of the large umbrella while watching the waves, beachcombers, and gulls as well as breathing in that wonderful Gulf Coast air!
Another wonderful feature includes two decks. The upper deck is 12' x 25' and includes a table, chairs and a large sun umbrella, The lower deck is unique in that it extends out 40' from the house, thus offering an unobstructed view of the beach both east and west. You can't miss spectacular sunrises and sunsets from this vantage point. It's also a great place to sip coffee or tea and watch the pelicans fly east in the morning and west in the late afternoon. The lower deck also has a double, adjustable, chaise lounge with cushions for sun bathing.
Minimum Age Requirement of 25. Home rents Saturday to Saturday unless the calendar is broken up, it is a last minute booking or the dates are approved by the home owner.
