Clean, comfortable, great location, easy check in and out, and the pool was the cherry on top! Will absolutely stay here again! The only thing I can recommend is provide some bottled waters for the first day. Manager's ResponseThank you for your Five Star Review of Colony Sunset Suite. We look forward to welcoming you back soon!

Colony Sunset Suite review by Linda A.
We absolutely loved our suite, the pool, the location. The only negative thing: we ran out of Kleenex and toilet paper and had to go and buy our own, otherwise everything about our stay here was amazing!Manager's ResponseThank you for your review! We appreciate your business and choosing us for your vacation accommodations. We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Colony Sunset Suite. We do let guests know that all of our properties come with a starter supply of paper products, but they are not replenished throughout the duration of the rental. We will double check that this information is very clearly communicated prior to everyone's arrival. Thanks again for your feedback and we look forward to you staying with us again!

Great weekend get away by Justin A.
We stayed at the colony sunset suite for 3 nights end of March. When we landed at the airport I called the office to see if it was available for early check in which it was so we went straight there. All the door codes were emailed before hand so you have access wether you arrive after office hours or not. FYI office is about 3 blocks from the Colony. Unit was well equipped for my wife and I and we were able to use the pool pretty much to ourselves a couple days. I think there are about 8-10 units that share it. Nice Quiet neighborhood and roughly a 15-20 min walk to the sloppy joe area of Duval. There are about 5 parking spots in the lot that are first come first serve but more on the street. We rented a scooter and had no problem finding a spot to squeeze it in. On checkout day we had a later flight out so we were able to drop our luggage at their office 3 blocks away so we didn’t have to carry them with us. Overall would definitely recommend and stay here again!Manager's ResponseThank you for your wonderful review! We appreciate your business and feedback! We are very happy to hear that our staff, Colony Sunset Suite and its centrally located, old town location met your needs and expectations. We look forward to you staying with us again!

Sunset Suite is Sweet by Thomas F.
We've stayed here before and enjoy it. The location is great, it's comfortable, and well maintained. The pool was closed for a day for required maintenance which was disappointing but KWVR gave us another temporary pool option if we wanted it.

Great little bungalow in the best downtown location! by Recent Guest
Sometimes pictures make things look differently than reality. In this case, the bungalow was MORE charming than the photos! This was in the perfect location a few blocks off Duval St - close enough but far enough away as well. It was clean and had everything we needed. We can't wait to book again!

Relaxing and Clean in a Convenient Location by Daniel S.
Excellent location, very responsive management when we had a small issue with dead batteries on the door lock. Property is cute, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable! Plenty of pillows. Probably could have used an extra blanket and a couple more towels, but overall an excellent experience!
