Walk up the flagstone path and enter the home through the vivid and cheerful living space, accented with cerulean blue walls and splashes of tropical art. A vaulted ceiling with exposed beams and huge transom windows that extend all the way to the tip of the roof add a bright and airy feeling to the cozy space. Just through the French doors lies a private deck for sunning, relaxing and al fresco dining.

The fully appointed kitchen is attached to the living area and features a sit-down bar, charming open shelving and a bright tangerine color scheme.

The bedroom is painted in soothing blue tones and features cathedral ceilings, a king size bed, and flat screen television.

Just outside the front door is a porch with Adirondack chairs for enjoying a morning Cuban coffee or a twilight glass of wine amongst the palm trees. The huge Colony swimming pool, which is shared with other residents, is located just steps away. Beaches, shopping, and award-winning restaurants are just a short walk or bike ride from your front door.

Clean, comfortable, great location, easy check in and out, and the pool was the cherry on top! Will absolutely stay here again! We absolutely loved our suite, the pool, the location. The only negative thing: we ran out of Kleenex and toilet paper and had to go and buy our own, otherwise everything about our stay here was amazing!Manager's ResponseThank you for your review! We stayed at the colony sunset suite for 3 nights end of March. When we landed at the airport I called the office to see if it was available for early check in which it was so we went straight there. All the door codes were emailed before hand so you have access wether you arrive after office hours or not. FYI office is about 3 blocks from the Colony. Unit was well equipped for my wife and I and we were able to use the pool pretty much to ourselves a couple days. I think there are about 8-10 units that share it. Nice Quiet neighborhood and roughly a 15-20 min walk to the sloppy joe area of Duval. There are about 5 parking spots in the lot that are first come first serve but more on the street. We rented a scooter and had no problem finding a spot to squeeze it in. On checkout day we had a later flight out so we were able to drop our luggage at their office 3 blocks away so we didn’t have to carry them with us. We've stayed here before and enjoy it. The location is great, it's comfortable, and well maintained. The pool was closed for a day for required maintenance which was disappointing but KWVR gave us another temporary pool option if we wanted it.

Sometimes pictures make things look differently than reality. In this case, the bungalow was MORE charming than the photos! This was in the perfect location a few blocks off Duval St - close enough but far enough away as well. It was clean and had everything we needed. We can't wait to book again!

Excellent location, very responsive management when we had a small issue with dead batteries on the door lock. Property is cute, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable! Plenty of pillows. Probably could have used an extra blanket and a couple more towels, but overall an excellent experience!
