In the heart of Old Town, with the beautiful community of private homes and condominiums of Truman Annex, this Shipyard Condominium has great access to Fort Zachary Taylor State Park Beach as well as the Historic Old Town Key West. This beautifully decorated first floor condominium on Southard Street has two bedrooms, one full and one half bathrooms. The living room is nicely furnished with leather sofas, tv with DVD and high speed internet along with a fully equipped kitchen and dinette area to accommodate four people. One bedroom has been upgraded to a king bed, while the front bedroom has a queen bed. A large back deck gets ample sun and just enjoy the Key West weather. The association pool is just a short distance away. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO GRILL.Bedding: 1 King, 1 QueenThere is one reserved parking space in a gated lot.Starting January 1, 2026 most Truman Annex properties (including this one) will be restricted to monthly-only rental, as the short term rental use is expiring. Rental periods will go from the 1st of the month to the last day of the month. Monthly rates will be competitively priced for off season rentals. By City of Key West Ordinance, the minimum rental period is 29 nights/30 days, except for February, which is 28 nights. Call 305-294-0990 for further information.
