The condo is a paradise that has been completely renovated. La Coquina offers a private pool. The best part of La Coquina is the large private balcony that overlooks the sparkling waters of the Gulf. It can be accessed from both the master bedroom and the living room. The balcony overlooks Madeira Beach's golden sands and the Gulf of Mexico. It is the perfect spot to enjoy the spectacular sunsets on Madeira Beach. The unit sleeps four with a King-size bed in the master bedroom and two Twin beds in each of the guest bedrooms. You will love the fresh and clean feel of the tile throughout, new kitchen cabinetry, new appliances, and beach decor. You can watch TV from the inside or outside, or just relax on the balcony while you read or drink your favorite book. In case you are hosting a friend, the dining area includes 6 chairs and a table. It is a short walk from the beach, sand and sunbathing. There are many water sports and boating activities! For boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing, head to John's Pass (3 mins by car). You can also enjoy all the water sports activities at The aPassa. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Madeira Beach is just west of St. Petersburg. It has 2.5 miles of beautiful beaches and sparkling Gulf of Mexico water. Legend has it that John LeVique, a pirate, was the first European to settle Madeira Beach. It is most well-known for its 1,100-foot boardwalk that runs along the Intracoastal, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. Johnas Pass is home to a variety of shops and restaurants set in an old-style fishing village. You can spend your time here watching dolphins play and diving for fish, or just relax and enjoy the delicious food and drinks. You can fish, but you can also rent a boat, go on a pirate cruise, or take a sunset dolphin cruise. There are many restaurants, bars, shops and public beaches within the city limits. Madeira Beach offers endless memories and activities. Treat your kids to a trip to The Candy Kitchen (less that a 10 minute walk) for slabs and chocolates.
