With 1,334 square feet, it provides a two-bedroom, two-bath layout for up to four guests.

The sleeping setup includes one king bed in the primary bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. In the living area, the condo includes a large sectional sofa and a large flat-screen TV, with additional flat-screen TVs in each bedroom. Practical in-home features include air conditioning, ceiling fans, wireless internet access, towels/linens, and a washer/dryer. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, ice maker, and coffee/tea maker, along with cookware and dining essentials.

As part of the Lands End community, guests have access to resort-style shared amenities across 14 acres of landscaped grounds. The location was convenient for exploring the different areas of Tampa and St. Petersburg. The beach access was very close to the unit. We enjoyed playing on the beach every day. The beach is on a quieter side of Treasure Island, which meant that on some days there weren't very many people on the beach. There also is a public playground that is within walking distance from the complex (it can be accessed from either the street or the beach). The furnishings and the amenities in the condo are excellent. The view is wonderful; we enjoyed watching the boats and wildlife in the pass and the ocean.
