The unit is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo that offers all the conveniences of home: TVs, free wireless high-speed internet, linens, and bath towels, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator/ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, disposal; iron/ironing board and clothes washer and dryer. Gated Community Note: PER THE ASSOCIATION, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A ONE-TIME $50.00 PARKING/RESORT FEE FOR YOUR STAY. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ONLY - NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED. IF YOU HAVE A SECOND CAR, THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL $10.00 PARKING FEE FOR THE STAY.
