Have fun in the pool which is heated year round for your enjoyment or play on the mini golf hole. Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. We came to area to play golf in the Bradenton area and this home is within 45 minutes of many golf courses. We really liked the island- all the people we met were very nice and welcoming. We visited many restaurants and pubs and utilized the Monkey Bus- the free transportation service for the island- what a great idea! The home was pretty much as advertised- clean with plenty of bedrooms for the 11 guys that came on our trip. Although we were on a golf trip, the home is just steps away from an awesome beach- we were there every morning to take a quick walk and have a cup of coffee. The back yard and pool are very nice- wish we would have had a chance to use them- the weather was just a little too cool in the evenings. Would definitely rent this home again.

My friends and I loved the house. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. The pool was spectacular-heated to the perfect temp for evening swims. The location was perfect just a short walk to the uncrowded beach. Many restaurants with in a few minute drive. The house was very clean when we arrived and the promised beach towels were there but when looking for the beach chairs none were found . Called Seabreeze and they sent someone to double check. When he also did not find them he promised to have chairs to us the next morning(it was late in the day when I called). Next morning the chairs arrived as promised! The paper goods supplied were more than enough for our stay so didn’t even need to go to the grocery store for extras. My only negative comment would be that the landscaped area around the pool needed a clean up. Dead palm fronds were all over and weeds along the back of the house outside the playroom.

The house accommodated our party of 10 very comfortably. It was great having the beach so close and we all enjoyed swimming in the pool. The weather was also perfect for us all week.

We had a great time at this house. Our party of six adults and four small children could easily fit as there were five bedrooms. Of course, for us and especially the kids the pool was the highlight of the trip. It’s even bigger than the pictures suggest. Great to have pool and beach toys. We also very much enjoyed the shuffle game and they even have a putting green! The kitchen is very well stocked. The location is great with the wonderful beach almost at the doorstep. There are some great laid back restaurants not too far away as well. If I have one suggestion for the owner it may be to add some outdoor lights around the dinner table at night.
