A laundry nook with a washer and dryer is also off the hallway.

Additional conveniences include air conditioning, ceiling fans, internet access, towels/linens, hair dryer, iron/ironing board, parking, and a balcony/screened porch area for outdoor seating. The property is in a residential area with quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Tropical Sunset #2 is one of only four units in the entire building and also gives you access to a heated swimming pool, a sun deck, and a barbecue area.

Newly updated and remodeled, this particular unit gleams with fresh finishes and a sleek, contemporary style. In the main great room, there are two plush sofas (one sleeper sofa) that face the large HDTV— creating a perfect space for hosting a Netflix night with a big bowl of popcorn. Along one wall, floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of natural light to flow inside. Outside through the sliding glass door is a screened-in porch with plenty of lounge space, ideal for enjoying your morning mug of coffee while watching the neighborhood wake up around you.

On the other end of the great room is the open kitchen, complete with crisp white cabinets and a blue mosaic tile backsplash. Gleaming quartz countertops surround the full suite of stainless Whirlpool appliances that include a dishwasher, electric range, microwave, and refrigerator. A peninsula bar has bar stool seating for two, while the formal dining table has seating for six more.

Down a short hallway lies the two private bedrooms. The first bedroom has a luxe king-size bed, glass doors leading out to the patio, and an ensuite full bathroom with a step-in shower. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and a twin-size bed, and another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo can be accessed from the hallway. Also accessible from the hallway is a laundry nook with a full-sized, washer and dryer.
