Sleeping accommodations include two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. The condo also includes in-unit laundry (washer/dryer), air conditioning, ceiling fans, internet access, towels/linens, and an iron/ironing board.

Building and outdoor features include elevator access, a grill, and one assigned parking spot per unit (see condo application requirements). If the elevator becomes inoperable, stairs are the only alternative. The property participates in a professional linen program, and a starter supply of select paper goods and bath/kitchen items is provided as outlined by the manager. This condo features an open concept complete with a fully-equipped kitchen that has everything you will need to prepare a full-course meal or quick snack. Off the kitchen, you will find the spacious living room with a queen sleeper sofa and flat screen TV where you can relax after a long day in the sun. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, flat screen TV and ensuite bathroom. The guest room features 2 twin beds. The unit also features a full-size washer and dryer, beach cart with beach chairs, and WiFi for use during your stay.
