Sandcastle By The Sea is an inviting ranch-style single-family home offers the perfect blend of comfort and modern design, featuring 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a versatile den for added flexibility. The beautifully appointed kitchen is a standout, complete with sleek cabinetry, stylish countertops, and a large island with a built-in microwave ideal for both everyday living and entertaining.

The open-concept floor plan flows seamlessly into the dining area, with seating for six, creating a warm and welcoming space for gatherings. The primary suite features a luxurious king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed and is conveniently located near a full bathroom with a standard tub/shower combination.

A cozy den provides additional living space and includes a sleeper sofa, perfect for guests. Sliding glass doors open from the den to the backyard, extending your living space outdoors.
