Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac at the desirable north end of Anna Maria, Bay Breeze Bungalow is a charming two-story canal-front home offering the perfect blend of comfort, space, and coastal living. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the layout is ideal for families or small groups. The spacious primary suite includes a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms two and three, each have a queen bed and a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

The updated kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, while the open living area flows seamlessly onto a screened-in balcony, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening breezes without the bugs. Downstairs, an additional screened-in lounge area with a TV provides a relaxed space to unwind after a day in the sun.

Step outside to enjoy canal views and direct water access, complete with a 15-foot boat dock—great for kayaking, fishing, or simply soaking in the waterfront setting. Please note: canal access includes low bridges, and clearance may be as low as approximately 6 feet depending on tide levels.

The private pool offers a refreshing escape (note: it is not heated), and there is parking for up to 3 vehicles. The peaceful, low-traffic location enhances the home’s laid-back island appeal.
