This spacious vacation home offers a private boat slip and dock, making it easy to bring your boat and enjoy everything the water has to offer. Parking is a breeze with space for up to 6 vehicles plus a boat trailer.

The heated pool and spa are perfect for relaxing after a day on the water, while the outdoor shower makes rinsing off after swimming or boating convenient. A convenient pool 1/2 bath keeps wet feet and swimsuits out of the house. Challenge the family to a game of ping pong or cornhole, then unwind poolside. 

The spacious living area at Surrounded By Sea Breezes is designed for gathering, featuring comfortable seating, a sleeper sofa for additional guests, and easy access to the balcony. Step onto the balcony and take in beautiful views overlooking the private pool and canal. With both lounge chairs and outdoor dining, it is the perfect spot for morning coffee, an afternoon cocktail, or dinner as the sun goes down.

Down a private hallway, the primary suite provides a peaceful retreat with a king-size bed and beautiful views overlooking the pool and canal. The ensuite bathroom offers a spa-like experience with a soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, and bidet. Bedroom 2 features a comfortable king-size bed, while Bedroom 3 offers two twin beds, making it ideal for children, friends, or additional guests. These bedrooms share a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom with two separate vanities, providing plenty of space for everyone to get ready.

Whether you're arriving by boat, spending the day lounging by the pool, enjoying a friendly game of cornhole, or gathering together for dinner overlooking the canal, this home offers everything you need for a memorable waterfront vacation.
