Step outside to a backyard built for fun, featuring a pool, spa, mini putt-putt course, and games like ping pong, cornhole, and poolside basketball. With ample seating, dining areas, and a bar, it’s an ideal space for soaking up the sun, sharing meals, and enjoying time together.

The lower-level game room offers even more entertainment with a pool table, darts, a refrigerator, and a convenient half bath. Upstairs, the open-concept main level includes a chef’s kitchen with a Wolf stove, Sub-Zero refrigerator, large island seating, and a cozy living area that opens to a balcony overlooking the canal.

Each bedroom features a king bed and private ensuite, giving everyone their own comfortable retreat. With a private dock for a 30-foot boat and the beach just a short walk away, Yacht Sea offers the perfect blend of bayside tranquility and easy coastal adventure.

To make exploring the island even easier, a complimentary golf cart is included with every stay, giving you convenient access to Anna Maria's pristine beaches, local restaurants, and charming shops.

Elevators - Please note that homes with elevators do not have living accommodations on the first floor. If you have members in your party that struggle with the use of stairs, we strongly recommend that you reserve a property on the ground floor. SeaBreeze Vacation cannot be held accountable for any malfunctions of the elevator and does not offer compensation.

Property Cancellation Policy - SeaBreeze Vacation has spent a great deal of time and effort into formulating a cancellation policy for you. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Additional terms and conditions apply. 

Golf Cart Terms & Conditions - All Drivers must be over the age of 21. Drivers must provide valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance. To drive the golf cart, non-US driver license holders are required to pay an additional $25 per day instead of providing vehicle insurance. The golf cart $25 fee is per golf cart, not per driver. This cost covers the extra insurance required.

Pet Friendly - The weight limit per dog is 30 lbs. (1 dog allowed).
