Property Description

C-View is the perfect island getaway for your family vacation. Conveniently located within walking distance to Anna Maria's picturesque white sand beaches, Pine Avenue's restaurants and shops, and access to the free trolley. Be sure to bring your kayaks and paddle boards so you can take advantage of the easy canal access from the dock in the backyard. Spend your nights out on the lanai where you will find plenty of seating for leisure or dining or take a dip in the private heated pool. This 5 bedroom/3 bathroom home comfortably accommodates 10 people with the open concept and split-floor plan. It’s perfect for a large family or multi-family. Upon entry, you will see he open living and dining area complete with large sliding doors that lead to the picturesque backyard where you will find the private heated pool, canal/dock and plenty of seating to relax or enjoy your meals. Directly off the dining area, you will find the fully-stocked kitchen that has everything you need to make a quick snack or full-course meal.  The master bedroom features a king-size bed, flat screen TV, and ensuite bathroom complete with walk-in shower and jetted tub. Adjacent to the master, you will find the two guests room; one features a queen-size bed and the other two twins, both have flat screen TVs. These rooms share a full-size bathroom and can be closed off with the pocket door for privacy.  On the west side of the home, you will find the other guests rooms which can also be closed off for privacy. One room features a queen-size bed, the other a twin trundle bed. These rooms share a full-size bathroom and are equipped with flatscreen TVs as well. But, it doesn’t stop there! This home also features a full-size washer & dryer, BBQ Grill, beach cart with beach equipment and WiFi throughout. This is truly a home away from home intended for you to enjoy your vacation and everything the island has to offer all while memories are being made.

We also offer a range of supplemental services including pre-stock grocery shopping and babysitting. Need a pack and play or high chair, etc.? These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.
