This beautiful single-family house located in the heart Surf City is only a few steps from the beach and offers the best views of the ocean from the back deck as well as the sunset from the front porch. There is parking for six guests with an accessible EV charger for eco-conscious guests. The open concept living room features comfortable new seating, including a Queen Sleeper sofa and a flat-screen tv. The updated modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to feed a crew. The ocean-facing kitchen features a large farmtable and bar stools to accommodate game nights or dining, and a balcony where you can relax and drink your morning coffee.
