<li>The outdoor pool is available from 8 am to 8 pm during the summer season, from Memorial Day to mid-September.</li>
<li>Winter weather conditions can be unpredictable, and we do not offer refunds for weather-related issues. We advise guests to consider travel insurance for unexpected situations. Having all-wheel drive and winter tires is also recommended.</li>
<li>Water Note: Our property uses well water, as does the entire mountain town. The water is safe for use but may have a metallic smell or leave orange staining due to naturally high iron content. We provide filtered drinking water for your comfort during your stay.</li>
<li>Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages to the tenant, the tenant&#39;s&nbsp;family, or guests that occur during the tenant&#39;s&nbsp;occupancy of the property. The Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold the property manager and their representatives harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from the Tenant&#39;s use or occupancy of the premises.</li>
