• Our property features smart locks for convenient, contactless check-in. Your personalized access code will be provided the week before your stay.
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• To ensure a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. We may utilize Minut, a noise monitoring device that respects your privacy while helping manage sound levels. Please reach out with any questions—your comfort is important to us.
• We do not allow pets in this condo. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The outdoor pool is open from 8 am to 8 pm during the summer season, from Memorial Day to mid-September.
• Winter weather can be unpredictable, and we do not offer refunds related to weather. We advise guests to consider travel insurance for any unexpected circumstances and recommend all-wheel drive and winter tires.
• Water Note: This property uses a state-regulated private well, typical for Killington. The water is regularly tested and suitable for everyday household use (showers, washing, etc.); however, naturally occurring minerals in the local geology, including iron and manganese, may cause a metallic smell or discoloration and staining of fixtures. Complimentary bottled water is provided for all drinking and cooking.
• Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages to the tenant, the tenant's family, or guests that occur during the tenant's occupancy of the property. The Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold the property manager and their representatives harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from the Tenant's use or occupancy of the premises.
