<p>Centrally located, the subway is a short walk away and taxis and uber cars are always in the neighborhood. Buses are a bit more complicated but can get you to anywhere in the city (or country). You won&#39;t need a car, but if you have one there are several garages nearby that offer parking by the hour or day, starting with one just a block away, and it is also feasible to park next to the sidewalk near the building.</p>

<p>Walk around the neighborhood and you&#39;ll discover some of the best bars and restaurants in the city. At short walking distance you may also get to parks, boutiques, an artisan&#39;s fair, caf&eacute;-concert, nightclubs, etc., as well as the neighborhoods of Palermo Soho and Las Ca&ntilde;itas. You will not be disappointed.</p>
