<li>The outdoor pool is available from 8 am to 8 pm during the summer season, from Memorial Day to mid-September.</li>
<li>Winter weather conditions can be unpredictable, and we do not offer refunds for weather-related issues. We advise guests to consider travel insurance for unexpected situations. Having all-wheel drive and winter tires is also recommended.</li>
<li>Water Note: This property uses a state-regulated private well, typical for Killington. The water is regularly tested and suitable for everyday household use (showers, washing, etc.); however, naturally occurring minerals in the local geology, including iron and manganese, may cause a metallic smell or discoloration and staining of fixtures. Complimentary bottled water is provided for all drinking and cooking.</li>
<li>Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages to the tenant, the tenant&#39;s&nbsp;family, or guests that occur during the tenant&#39;s&nbsp;occupancy of the property. The Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold the property manager and their representatives harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from the Tenant&#39;s use or occupancy of the premises.</li>
