• Depending on availability, we might offer some flexibility with our standard check-in and check-out times. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be secured for an additional fee.
• We have smart locks for contactless check-in. Your smart lock code will appear in your Boarding Pass two hours before check-in.
• This condo is up one flight of stairs.
• This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property. Outdoor smoking or vaping is allowed, but please ensure proper disposal of cigarette butts.
• We observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. For noise control, Minut technology may be used to monitor sound levels without intruding on your privacy. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to ask. Your comfort is our priority!
• For your safety & ours, we have a camera in the entryway to the condo. This is not in any of the living areas.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The outdoor pool is available for use from 8 AM to 8 PM during the summer season, from Memorial Day to mid-September.
• Winter weather conditions are unpredictable, and we do not offer refunds for weather-related issues. We advise guests to consider travel insurance for unexpected situations. Having all-wheel drive and winter tires is also recommended.
• Important Water Information: The building’s regulated well-water system is regularly tested. Under the current posted notice, bottled water must be used for drinking, cooking, and all other consumption-related purposes; complimentary bottled water is provided in every unit. Tap water may be used for showering, washing, and other non-consumption uses. The notice relates to naturally occurring radium and manganese levels, which are monitored and may change over time.
