This cozy retreat has a comfy sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a plush queen bed in the bedroom for a restful sleep. Unwind by the fireplace, enjoy WiFi and streaming, or step onto the patio for sweeping mountain views.
Additional Information
- Pico Mountain is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays except during peak holiday periods. Our condo is slopeside at Pico. Killington Resort is a 10 minute drive or quick bus ride.
- We have some flexibility around our standard check-in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge.
- We have smart locks for contactless check-in. Your smart lock code will appear in your Boarding Pass two hours before check-in.
- Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts.
- Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We may use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
- Our condo complex has cameras in the common areas and hallways. There are no cameras in living spaces.
- Pets are not allowed. There will be a $750 fine for any unauthorized pets.
- You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
- EV chargers are available onsite.
- The Pico Sports Center is in the same complex as our condo and offers day passes to use the gym and pool facilities.
- Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
