Property Description

Tanglewood Vista is a charming five-bedroom, three-bathroom house located in the heart of Killington, VT. It offers a perfect base to experience this scenic mountain town with hiking, biking, and foliage to enjoy in the warmer months, and in the winter it puts you just a short drive from the ski slopes, snowshoe trails, and all the snow-filled adventures Killington has to offer.

This pet friendly, three floor home features every amenity you could want including hot tub, sauna, game room, media room, streaming TVs, Alexa, professional bubble hockey, foosball, fireplace and large outdoor deck with mountain views. (Hot tub fee applies mid-March to mid-December. Pet fee may apply. Please read below.)

• The hot tub is included for the peak ski season weekends (late-December to mid-March). For other periods, there is an optional $195 set up fee. You understand use of hot tub and sauna is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub and sauna. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub and sauna, and hold owner and property manager harmless.
• Please be sure that you have entered the correct number of guests as we may have a per-person per-night surcharge to cover expenses. You can contact us for a custom quote before booking.
• Our minimum rental age is 25.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks to come and go as you please and for contactless check in and out. 
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke on the outdoor deck. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
• You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking.
• For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the front of the house facing the driveway. There are no cameras inside the house.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• Fireworks are not permitted.
• Dogs are considered. A $150 pet fee would apply pet pet.
• Please be advised that this property utilizes a ladder to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you are agreeing to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the use of the ladder.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
