The condo is just 1/3 mile from Snowshed, and during ski season, a complimentary shuttle operates on Saturdays and Sundays and holiday weeks to the resort. Additionally, there is a ski home trail open mid-winter, conditions permitting, making your return from the slopes effortless. We also provide ski storage for your convenience.

The Trail Creek community center features an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise equipment, and a game room, offering plenty of options for relaxation and entertainment. Nearby dining and shopping options in Killington's lively town center are only a short drive away.

• We have some flexibility around our standard check-in and check out times depending on other bookings and holiday periods. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge.
• We have smart locks for contactless check-in. Your smart lock code will appear in your Boarding Pass two hours before check-in.
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We may use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• For your safety ours, we have a doorbell camera at the entryway to the condo.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The Activity Center at our condo features an indoor saltwater pool, sauna, hot tubs, exercise equipment and game room. Hours are 10 AM to 10 PM.
• The shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo from Thanksgiving to mid-March on Saturdays and Sundays only. There is no shuttle midweek, but we are only 1/3 mile from Snowshed Lodge.
• Free firewood is available in the wood racks outside each building.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
