Forget the hassle of lodge parking. You are right on the Great Eastern trail, with boot dryers in the entry ready for your return. After your last run, you can ski directly to your door, settle into the deep sectional, and light the real wood-burning stove. Firewood is provided, and you can enjoy the smart TV with streaming options or high-speed Wi-Fi. Large windows flood the space with natural light and offer mountain views.

A Space Built For Recovery

This property was designed for skiers. What your legs need after a day on the mountain is exactly what you have: a private hot tub on the deck (an optional setup fee applies outside of peak ski season) and an indoor cedar sauna, a soothing way to rejuvenate after a day of adventure. This is the kind of recovery you cannot get from a generic rental.

The renovated main floor bathroom features a walk-in rainfall shower, while the upstairs bath has a double vanity so no one has to wait.

The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking. Make a big breakfast before heading out, not just survive on takeout. It includes modern appliances, cookware, utensils, and a BBQ grill on the deck for outdoor dining with scenic views. The open-plan layout means the cooks are never separate from the conversation happening by the fire.

Rest For The Whole Group

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps eight guests. The main floor features a Queen bedroom. Upstairs, you will find a dedicated kids' space with a full-over-full bunk bed and its own TV, plus a primary King bedroom that includes an additional Queen sofa bed.

Dogs are also welcome with a pet fee. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, private parking, and a mudroom for ski gear.

This is a true slopeside retreat, not a 'rental machine.' It's professionally managed by a local team that ensures every detail is perfect, from cleanliness to 24/7 guest support. All-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive with snow tires is recommended in winter, as access is as real as the skiing. The hot tub is available year-round (an optional setup fee applies outside of peak ski season).

• Ski On/Off: This home is located on the Great Eastern ski trail and offers ski on/off access when the trail is open. Early/late season trail conditions are weather-dependent, and neither the host nor property manager is responsible for these conditions. Reservations cannot be canceled due to weather or lack of snow. For up-to-date trail information, visit the Killington Resort website before booking. Your dates may fall under early/late season rates.
• Private Shuttle Services: In partnership with SkiOnSkiOff.com, we provide private shuttle services to the ski lifts and town for an additional fee. Contact us for details.
• Rental Agreement: Guests must e-sign and return our written rental agreement.
• Hot Tub: The hot tub is included for peak ski season weekends (late December to mid-March). For all other periods, there is an optional $195 setup fee. You understand that use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless.
• Guest Occupancy: Do not exceed the agreed guest occupancy. Over-occupancy will result in immediate eviction and fines.
• Minimum Rental Age: Guests must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
• Shoes: Please do not wear shoes inside the house.
• Check-In/Out: Smart lock door codes will be provided for contactless check-in and check-out. While we offer some flexibility with check-in and check-out times depending on other bookings, guaranteed early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
• Smoking Policy: The entire home is non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. A $750 fine will be charged for smoking inside the house.
• Cameras: For safety and security, there are exterior cameras on the property capable of recording at all times. There are no cameras in any living areas.
• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. The property may use Minut, a smart home device that monitors noise levels to address disturbances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and required for this property. Please reach out if you have questions.
• Fireworks: Fireworks are not permitted at this property.
• Parties/Events: Parties and events are not allowed.
• Pets: This property is pet friendly with the payment of our non-refundable pet fee per dog.
• Winter Weather: Winter weather can be unpredictable. We do not offer refunds due to weather or ski trail conditions and recommend purchasing travel insurance for unforeseen events. All-wheel drive and winter tires are strongly recommended.
• Please be advised that this property utilizes a ladder to access the bunk beds.  By renting this property, you are agreeing to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the use of the ladder.
• Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages to the tenant, the tenant s family, or guests that occur during the tenant s occupancy of the property. The Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold the property manager and their representatives harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from the Tenant s use or occupancy of the premises.
