• Ski On/Off: This spot is ski on/off when the Sunrise trail is open (usually January–March, snow-dependent). Make sure to check before booking, as no refunds are given if it's closed.
• The private hot tub’s ready for you on peak ski season weekends (late-Dec to mid-Mar). Outside those dates, there’s a $195 setup fee if you’d like it. You understand use of hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless.
• Enjoy access to The Sunrise Sports Center, just a short drive away. The indoor pool, indoor hot tub, steam, & sauna rooms are available mid-September to late-April. The heated outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to mid-September. The outdoor hot tub is open year-round (sunrise to sunset) with occasional closures between seasons for cleaning. Tennis courts & hiking trails are open spring to fall, with trails converting to cross-country skiing in the winter. The Sunrise Bar & Grill operates during peak ski season; hours vary. Indoor amenities: Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm until peak ski season when extended days and hours apply. Hours and availability subject to change. Please inquire before booking.
• Cell service can be a bit patchy, so be sure to save your door codes & Wi-Fi info before you arrive.
• Please double-check your guest count — there might be a per-person, per-night fee if you miss anyone. Reach out for a custom quote.
• The minimum rental age is 25.
• We’ll send you smart lock codes for easy, contactless check-in and check-out.
• We’re flexible with check-in/out times when possible, and guaranteed options are available for an extra charge.
• No smoking inside (including e-cigs). You can light up outside, but make sure you're 75 feet from the building. There’s a $500 fine for smoking indoors.
• You'll need to e-sign our rental agreement after booking.
• For your peace of mind, there's a camera at the front facing the driveway that is capable of recording all the time. No indoor cameras, promise!
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• No fireworks, please.
• Sorry, no pets allowed — bringing one will lead to eviction.
• Please be advised that this property utilizes a ladder to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you are agreeing to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the use of the ladder.
• Winter weather can be tricky! No weather-related refunds, so we recommend travel insurance. All-wheel drive & winter tires are a good idea too.
• Limitation of Liability: The owner and their rental agent shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages to the tenant, the tenant's family, or guests that occur during the tenant's occupancy of the property. The Tenant agrees to indemnify and hold the property manager and their representatives harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from the Tenant's use or occupancy of the premises.
