Sapphire Unit 1706 is on the 17th floor of the South Tower at 410a Padre Blvd — the iconic teal complex you cannot miss crossing the causeway onto South Padre Island. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils for real home cooking. High-speed WiFi and smart TVs are throughout the condo for work or winding down after the beach.
Three bedrooms, two baths, up to 8 guests, with ocean and beach views from the living room and master suite. Open-concept kitchen with eat-in breakfast bar, high ceilings, all-tile floors, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The $60+ daily resort fee is built into your rate — no surprises nor hidden fees. Three-night minimum stay.

Two private balconies give you two completely different experiences: the ocean-facing balcony looks straight out at the Gulf from the 17th floor, and the bayside patio comes equipped with an electric grill for family cookouts in the open air. PARKING
Two covered free parking spaces are included in the covered garage at no additional charge — parking is free here, unlike hotels on the island that charge for every car. EV chargers are available in the garage for Tesla and other electric vehicles for a fee.

Property is next door as mentioned to Margaritaville Resort & you are permitted to use their restaurants and bars, but not the pool.

SAPPHIRE HOA CHECK-IN
Sapphire requires two HOA documents before check-in: a rental and house rules agreement, and a property form listing all guest names and vehicles. We pre-collect and email both to you for electronic signature before arrival — it is straightforward and we walk you through it.
Wristbands are issued at the front desk at check-in and must be worn throughout your stay. No unregistered guests are ever permitted at this property; the front desk enforces this without exception and you cannot name change guests.
SPRING BREAK AND EASTER (SEMANA SANTA)
During mid-March and Easter week, the Sapphire HOA requires:
* Primary guest must be 30 years of age or older, and the group must be immediate family only — parents and their immediate children. No extended family, no friends. Under the HOA’s definition, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins do not qualify as immediate family during these periods.
The front desk strictly enforces this and will not allow check-in if the requirements are not met.
The rest of the year, the primary guest must be 25 or older and the group may include anyone, up to the 8-person maximum.

High-speed WiFi is included throughout the condo; please note that Spectrum service can be spotty at times, so come prepared with a hotspot on your phone if you have must-do work as it can go down.

POLICIES
The Sapphire property requires the primary guest to be 25 or older year-round (30 or older during Spring Break and Easter — see section above). Three-night minimum stay. A signed digital rental agreement and valid photo ID are required before check-in. You must read and agree to all house rules prior to booking — we are happy to answer any questions before you arrive. Strict cancellation policy applies. No smoking, no parties, no loud music at any time. No pets. The property is security patrolled at night.
