Welcome to Clayton’s Corner at Las Verandas offering a much larger square footage than the norm for its condo offerings. This condo is perfect for families & up to 6 people are allowed (total including kiddos)

Our condo has new paint and many new furnishings though not a complete remodel

While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that

If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.

Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up

The 3rd floor affords a great view of the pool area & spectacular sunsets on the bay, and with an elevator on property there is no downside besides this enhanced view and no noise from above.

The condo has all tile floors, higher ceilings, and an eat in fully equipped kitchen perfect for breakfast tacos or serving up some margaritas for the patio with a Blackstone BBQ grill. A convenient washer & dryer set up is great for after beach cleanup or traveling home with all clean clothes

For those that have to work the counter works well, along with high speed wifi. The bedding is currently a King bed in master, 2 single beds in 2nd bedroom as bunks, a queen bed, a couch that does not pull out, and a double sized airbed & pump we provide (bring extra bedding if you plan on using), this condo equipped with 3 smart TV's

This complex has a gated, coded entrance for privacy as well as 2 dedicated free off street parking spaces for our guests. The location if you want day or nightlife is pretty unbeatable - this is about 2 blocks from Clayton’s Beach Bar - far enough away yet close enough to walk it out if a concert is on your mind.

Additional, Las Verandas is walkable to dining includes Bar Louies at the Courtyard by Marriott up the street, Kelly’s Irish Pub, & on the border cantina at Hilton Garden Inn and Barrys Beach Bar

For something to do with your kiddos, walk nearly across street to the famous Sea Turtle Inc rehab project & visitors center, or take them to the SPI Birding Center & buy the extra pass to go out on the boardwalk to see Big Padre, the resident Alligator below.

The Convention Center is very close about 1 mile for those that want a condo instead of a hotel room for conferences.

The public beach is easy to access about a block and half away. Las Verandas a great pool, and this complex has low short term rental usage which is great for families that don’t want it too crazy.

Unit 307 is professionally managed by South Padre Trips locally at 2600 Padre
Blvd, and we provide linens, towels, and all bedding as well as a starter toiletries & soaps, trash bags, dishwasher pods though not unlimited. For stays over 3 nights we offer complimentary towel & linen exchange at our office.

1 dog up to 25 lbs is allowed though it may not be left alone to bark. There is a maximum of 6 people allowed here - that includes infants and babies and cannot be adjusted up please note.

Las Verandas though it is close to bars & concerts, this is not a party complex and set up for families. BBQ on premise is not allowed by pool though as mentioned there is a Blackstone BBQ grill on your private patio - nor loud music allowed at any time. It is family oriented.

This property and listing does require a few things after the booking is made:

Our listing again, REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes with additional requirements.

Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code therefore you must provide your email address. You must attach a pic of your photo ID OR upload to messaging to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements

During your stay at our condo, you will have exclusive access to the entire living space, including the master bedroom, the second bedroom, the open plan kitchen, and the living room. You are welcome to use the private patio, which is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the bay views while using the provided Blackstone barbecue grill. The complex is gated for your privacy and includes an elevator for your comfort. You will also have shared access to the community swimming pool. Two free parking spaces are reserved for your use on the premises, and the beach is conveniently located just a short walk from the property.

Experience the best of South Padre Island from our perfectly located condo. You are just a short walk, about one and a half blocks, from the beautiful public beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand. For entertainment and dining, you are within walking distance of Clayton’s Beach Bar and Bar Louie at the Courtyard by Marriott. Families will love being just across the street from the Sea Turtle Inc rehab center and the South Padre Island Birding Center, where you can explore the boardwalk. If you are attending a conference, the Convention Center is conveniently located about one mile away, and you can also find other local favorites like Kelly’s Irish Pub and the Border Cantina nearby.

Getting around South Padre Island is easy and convenient from our location. We provide two dedicated off street parking spaces for your vehicle on the premises. If you prefer not to drive, the island offers a variety of public transportation options to help you explore. The local bus system is reliable and the island provides free parking at the intermodal transit terminal if you have additional vehicles. Major island attractions like the convention center are located just one mile away, making it a quick trip by car or local transit. For those arriving by air, Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport is the primary gateway to the region and is approximately a forty minute drive from our property.

To ensure a smooth stay, please note that the primary tenant must be at least 25 years of age and must be present at check in. We require all guests to complete an electronic rental agreement and provide a copy of a government issued photo identification prior to your arrival. Check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 11 am. This property is located in a family oriented complex with quiet hours strictly enforced between 10 pm and 9 am. The maximum occupancy is 6 people, including infants. One dog up to 25 pounds is permitted with a required pet fee. Please be aware that while we provide high speed internet, island wide coverage can occasionally be spotty. Guests are responsible for basic departure tasks, including placing dishes in the dishwasher and taking trash to the dumpster, to avoid additional cleaning fees. Parking is limited to two vehicles.

We are locally managed by South Padre Trips and are available to assist you throughout your stay. Our office is located at 2600 Padre Boulevard and is open seven days a week from 9 am to 5 pm to help with any needs or questions you may have. We prefer that you communicate with us through the messaging platform provided by your booking service for all inquiries. You can expect a professional and timely response during our business hours, as we strive to ensure your visit is comfortable and memorable.

- An electronic key code is provided they day of check in by 3 pm, generally not before to the phone number on file - An e-sign rental agreement we do email to you must be completed to prior to arrival along with attaching a picture of your photo ID. This is NOT optional and required to maintain our STR Rental License with the City. - Minimum age of primary tenant is 25 years unless you contact us prior to arrival. If under 25, additional damage deposit is required You MUST inquire if not 25 The maximum amount of guests indicated is the absolute maximum. We count infants (children under 2) as guests. In other words infants count on your total amount of guests allowed, no exceptions. The primary guest must check in and accompany guests. Subletting is strictly prohibited. - One of the beds counted is an airbed we provide with pump as well as potentially a sleeper sofa coach. Please bring bedding if you plan on using Property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at 2600 padre Blvd 78597 - our office is open 9 am to 5 pm seven days a week of you should need anything. No Smoking * No Parties * No Exceptions Loud noises are NEVER permitted including music. Complex quiet time is 10 pm to 9 am. Pool is open 8 am to 9:00 pm including outdoor hot tubs (if applicable) BBQing on property is not allowed unless otherwise noted Check in is 3 pm. Check out is 11 a.m. Our rental includes a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps and dishwasher pods - it is not unlimited nor replenished. For stays more than 2 nights you may want to bring more we do not re supply. For our 1 bedroom condos, max is 1 car. For two & 3 bedrooms, 2 cars for parking though some properties may have less please check the description carefully. Additional free parking is available at the inter Modal bus station or at the post office on the Island as well as along Gulf Blvd. A golf cart is considered a vehicle FYI Generally NO PETS unless listing description indicates otherwise - if you do not disclose you will be evicted :( The pet fee for pet friendly properties is $75 plus 17% occupancy tax PER PET. If the property IS pet friendly, pets may not be left alone to bark, allowed on furniture, & all pet droppings must be picked up & properly disposed of. Pets are never allowed in or by pool areas nor are they allowed to be off lease on property Unauthorized / non registered guests are NOT allowed. Get togethers NOT allowed nor unregistered guests in pool area. At check out, you must turn the thermostat to 78 degrees, put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and turn on, and take all trash in unit out to dumpster. Failure to do so results in an excessive cleaning fee of $150 billed to the credit card on file Please message us prior to booking if you have any questions we are here to help :) Finally, whew!
