Thank you for considering taking a look at our recently updated/remodeled 2 bedroom & 2 full bathroom condo with a partial beach & ocean view :)

*Amazing location directly across the street 50 yards to waters edge with no busy streets to cross (just Gulf Blvd)

*Our condo is as close as you can get to beachfront without the beachfront prices!
The building is a small complex dozen condos on 3 floors with an elevator.

* Oversized near 1200 square feet of living space with bedrooms on opposite ends for better privacy.

*This condo allows a max of 6 guests including infants and/or children, with ample bedding. The master bedroom has a king bed with en suite full bathroom, while the 2nd bedroom has a twin bunk bed set up and a stand alone double sized bed next to it in case of couples. The couch also has a pull out sleeper sofa for extra space to sleep

*The open concept kitchen is remodeled with Granite, stainless, and fully equipped with all pots, pans, dishes, etc to enjoy convenient & lower cost home cooked meals.

*The patio is a masterpiece overlooking the pool and beach/ocean from the 3rd floor, and as mentioned with an elevator & two included parking spaces off the street. The patio features a small BBQ gas grill (please bring 14 ounce propane tank if you’d like to use) as well as two high sitting adirondack chairs to enjoy the view whether that be for Coffee or Margaritas

*High speed wifi as well as Cable TV - each bedroom and living room has a smart flat screen TV to wind down or enjoy movies at night
*Special bonus is a stackable washer & dryer so you can clean up before heading home.

This condo is very special as very clean, very coastal / higher end in decor that was tastefully & professionally selected.

Please understand that this space is not a 100% full remodel but darn close - with new laminate floors, all new paint, most fixtures new, much new furniture, and is incredibly well maintained for your enjoyment. All towels & linens are provided FYI. As it it is a 3rd floor but you can take elevator - but does have a pool view and a peek-a-book view of ocean & beach

While this condo has WiFi if you have some work to get done, the internet is less than perfect on the Island sometimes so plan accordingly.

Please inquire about off season discounts Sept 15 to Dec 15 for stay over 4 nights. We do have active military as well as football coach discounts - just ask before you book please not after :)
Property is professionally managed by local South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd with an office open 7 days per week 9 am to 5 pm. We do offer free linen exchange for stays over 3 nights.

You must read & agree to ALL house rules prior to booking - failing to do so is not a reason for a cancellation nor refund request so please review :) The max occupancy is 6 people and again, babies & infants are considered in this head count.

A max of 2 full sized vehicles are allowed and that includes a golf cart if you park extra cars or on the side of ths street you will get towed at your own expense. There is extra free parking along Gulf Blvd a city owned street currently no charge as well as the Post Office or Inter Modal Transit Center.

We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check in to the number on file, not before. Check out is 11 am

You must have completed the e-sign rental agreement and attached a photo of your picture ID, read the house rules. If you are not 25 years of age you MUST contact us prior to booking to fulfill possible additional requirements if at all possible. Under 25 years of age is 100% prohibited in the months of January, February, and March with a 30 day required minimum stay.

We will not provide door code for entry without the digital rental agreement being completed as well as the uploaded photo ID - these being done nor will we offer a refund for this just to clarify.

We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied. We do not provide laundry detergent.

Please bring extra bedding if you plan on using the couch, airbed, or sleeping on a couch in general. Sorry - pets are not allowed for short term rentals under 30 days. While we supply a small LP gas grill, we do NOT supply the required 14 ounce small propane tank (available at Wal mart). Bring if you plan to use.

Guests have full private access to our entire third floor condo, which is easily reachable via the building elevator. Your stay includes a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, two private bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. You will also enjoy a large private patio that overlooks the pool and offers a partial view of the beach. For your convenience, the building features a communal pool area for guest use. We provide two dedicated parking spaces for your vehicles during your stay.

Our condo is perfectly situated in the heart of South Padre Island, offering you the ultimate beach getaway. You are just fifty yards from the water, allowing you to walk to the sand in less than a minute without crossing any busy main roads. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and relaxed, perfect for those looking to unwind. You will find a variety of local dining options and charming island shops within a short five minute drive or a pleasant walk along the coast. Whether you are looking to enjoy fresh seafood or explore the unique coastal boutiques, everything you need for a memorable vacation is right at your fingertips.

Getting around South Padre Island is easy and convenient from our location. We provide two dedicated parking spaces for your vehicles, including golf carts, which are a popular way to explore the island. If you have additional vehicles, free parking is available at the Intermodal Transit Center or at the local post office, as well as along Gulf Boulevard. For those relying on public transportation, the Island Metro offers services throughout the area, with the Intermodal Transit Center serving as a major hub for transit needs. Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport is the closest major airport, typically reachable by car in about forty minutes.

To ensure a smooth stay, please note that check in begins at 3 pm and check out is at 11 am. We require all guests to complete a digital rental agreement and provide a photo of their identification prior to arrival to receive the electronic door code. The minimum age for the primary guest is 25 years old unless prior arrangements are made. Maximum occupancy is 6 people, including infants. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles, including golf carts, and unauthorized vehicles may be towed. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 pm to 9 am. Please be aware that we provide a starter pack of essential supplies, but guests should bring extra items for longer stays. Pets are not permitted. At checkout, please set the thermostat to 78 degrees, start the dishwasher, and dispose of all trash in the designated dumpster.

Our office is conveniently located at 2600 Padre Boulevard and is open seven days a week from 9 am to 5 pm to assist you with any needs or questions that may arise during your time on the island. For all communication regarding your booking or stay, please use the messaging platform provided by this website as it is our preferred channel to ensure all details are tracked and addressed promptly. For stays more than 2 nights you may want to bring more we do not re supply. For our 1 bedroom condos, max is 1 car. For two & 3 bedrooms, 2 cars for parking though some properties may have less please check the description carefully. Additional free parking is available at the inter Modal bus station or at the post office on the Island as well as along Gulf Blvd. A golf cart is considered a vehicle FYI Generally NO PETS unless listing description indicates otherwise - if you do not disclose you will be evicted :( The pet fee for pet friendly properties is $75 plus 17% occupancy tax PER PET. If the property IS pet friendly, pets may not be left alone to bark, allowed on furniture, & all pet droppings must be picked up & properly disposed of. Pets are never allowed in or by pool areas nor are they allowed to be off lease on property Unauthorized / non registered guests are NOT allowed. Get togethers NOT allowed nor unregistered guests in pool area. At check out, you must turn the thermostat to 78 degrees, put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and turn on, and take all trash in unit out to dumpster. Failure to do so results in an excessive cleaning fee of $150 billed to the credit card on file Please message us prior to booking if you have any questions we are here to help :) Finally, whew!
