You will have complete private access to our remodeled sixth floor beachfront condo. Inside, you can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, two private bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Step out onto your private balcony to relax with panoramic views of the Gulf. As our guest, you also have full access to the shared amenities within Saida Tower III, including three swimming pools, three outdoor hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, and secure gated beach access. Luggage carts and elevator access are available for your convenience.

The Saida Towers are located in the heart of South Padre Island, offering guests a perfect balance of beachfront tranquility and easy access to local conveniences. You are within a short walking distance of a variety of popular dining spots including Yummys for organic breakfast and lunch, Kohnami Sushi, Russos Italian, and Calacas Tacos. For a quick coffee or snack, Tropical Smoothie Cafe and Johnny Rockets are also nearby. If you are looking for local nightlife, the Quarterdeck is just a short stroll away and frequently features live music. The area is highly walkable, making it easy to enjoy the island atmosphere without needing a car for every meal or outing.

Getting around South Padre Island is a breeze from our location at Saida Towers. The property includes up to two parking permits for your convenience. If you are traveling with more vehicles, additional free parking is available at the island intermodal bus station or at the post office. While the area is highly walkable with many restaurants and attractions nearby, you may also choose to rent a golf cart to navigate the island. Please note that golf carts are considered vehicles under our parking policy. The nearest major airport is Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport which is approximately a forty minute drive from the condo.

To ensure a smooth stay, please note that the primary guest must be at least 23 years old. A digital rental agreement and a copy of your photo identification are required before your arrival. Check in begins at 3 PM, and we will provide your door code on the day of your stay. Check out is at 11 AM, at which time we kindly ask that you set the thermostat to 78 degrees, start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes, and take your trash to the chutes near the elevator. Please be mindful that quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10 PM and 9 AM. Parking is limited to two vehicles, and golf carts are considered vehicles under our policy. Please note that infants count toward the maximum occupancy of 8 guests. During March and Easter week, the homeowners association requires a security wristband fee for guests aged 13 to 33, which will be collected prior to your arrival. We provide a starter supply of essentials like soap and paper towels, but these are not replenished during your stay. Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited.

While you will have complete privacy during your stay, we are always available to assist you.
