Villa del Sol puts you in a second-floor, two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 111 E Verna Jean — over 1,000 square feet, just 250 steps from public beach access. The kitchen is stocked for real cooking — pots, pans, dishes, utensils, cooking spray, and salt and pepper. A dining table and a breakfast bar give the group two places to eat or spread out. The big-screen Smart TV streams from your own apps; no cable is provided. Your booking grants you private access to the entire two bedroom apartment, including the kitchen, bathrooms, and a spacious balcony that faces the pool area. You are also welcome to use the shared building facilities, which feature two outdoor pools and a heated jacuzzi. A single dedicated parking space is reserved for your use throughout your visit. For building entry, an elevator is available. Please remember that all guests must stop at unit one hundred upon arrival to complete the mandatory registration process with our onsite manager, where you will receive your pool access wristbands and parking permit. Several convenience stores and local shops are also located along Padre Boulevard, providing easy access to anything you might need for your stay. Whether you are looking to spend your days lounging by the ocean or exploring the local island culture, this location offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Getting around South Padre Island is easy and convenient from our location. Your stay includes one dedicated parking space on the premises for your vehicle. If you are traveling with a second car, additional free parking can be found at the Intermodal Bus Station, near the local post office, or along Gulf Boulevard. Please keep in mind that a golf cart is considered a vehicle on the island. The property is located approximately forty minutes from the Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport. While public transportation options like the Island Metro are available to help you navigate the area, having a personal vehicle is often the most efficient way to explore the island at your own pace. To ensure a smooth stay, please note that the primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Before your arrival, you are required to complete a digital rental agreement and provide a copy of your photo identification. Check in begins at 3 PM and check out is at 11 AM. Upon arrival, all guests must visit unit 100 to register with our onsite manager, where you will receive your parking permit and pool wristbands. We provide a starter supply of essentials, but please plan to bring additional toiletries or supplies for longer stays. The building enforces a strict six guest maximum, including infants, and observes quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM. No smoking, parties, or pets are permitted on the premises. At check out, please set the thermostat to 78 degrees, start the dishwasher with your used dishes, and dispose of all trash in the designated dumpsters to avoid additional cleaning fees. We are professionally managed by the best property management company on the Island and are available to assist you throughout your stay. Our office is located at 2600 Padre Boulevard and is open seven days a week from 9 am to 5 pm to help with any local recommendations or property needs. For urgent matters that arise outside of office hours, we offer 24 hour phone support to ensure you have a seamless experience. Please use the messaging platform within this app as your primary channel for all communication so our team can track your request and respond promptly.
Two pools and a year-round heated jacuzzi are right outside your front door, and an oversized private patio overlooks the pool courtyard below.
Elevator access to the second floor. Six guests maximum, strictly enforced by the HOA — the reason this building stays quiet and well-run.
The living area opens directly onto the patio, which is furnished and faces the courtyard — a natural spot for morning coffee, evening meals, or watching the pool from above. The condo is air-conditioned throughout.
A starter supply of coffee, creamer, sweetener, decaf, and tea is included, along with hand soaps, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and non-stick cooking spray — starter amounts only, not replenished.
Fresh crisp, clean linens, bath towels, facecloths, hand towels, and standard toiletries are provided on all beds and in both baths. Beach gear is not provided — chairs and umbrellas rent on the beach for around $45 per day with no advance booking needed.

SLEEPING (Up to 6 Guests)
The primary bedroom has a King bed. The second bedroom has adult-sized bunk beds with full mattresses. The living room sofa converts to a bed for the fifth or sixth guest. Both bathrooms are full-sized. The six-guest maximum is a hard HOA cap that includes infants and children.
BUILDING & OUTDOORS
The pool courtyard has sun loungers and a sheltered, semi-private feel — a small, well-kept complex with few neighbors. Pool and spa hours are available from the front desk.
PARKING
One dedicated parking space is included at no charge — parking is free here, unlike hotels on this island that charge for every car. If your group has a second vehicle, street parking along Gulf Blvd or near the post office is available. There is no additional guest parking on premise.
CHECK-IN & HOA REGISTRATION
Check-in is contactless through E-lock. The HOA requires one additional step upon arrival: stop at unit 100 — where the onsite property manager lives — to register and collect your complimentary pool wristbands and parking permit.
This takes about five minutes and sets you up for the entire stay. Quiet hours run from 9 PM to 9 AM. A separate HOA arrival agreement is required in addition to the standard rental agreement, and door codes are not released until both are completed.

High-speed WIFI is included throughout the condo; please note that Spectrum service can be spotty at times, so come prepared with a hotspot on your phone if you have must-do work as it can go down.

POLICIES

We PRO-clean between each reservation and stay — not a quick cleanup, done right every time. We have staff on 24 hours a day, a real bonus you cannot find with a mom-and-pop host. Starter toiletries and cleaning supplies are provided but not replenished. For stays of 3 nights or more, complimentary linen and towel exchange is available at the office at 2600 Padre Blvd — the best property manager on South Padre Island.
