Saida Royale Unit 9115 is on the 11th floor at 400 Padre Blvd, directly on the beach at South Padre Island's most resort-like condo complex. Two bedrooms, two baths, up to 8 guests, and a sweeping ocean view from two private patios — one off the living room overlooking the pool and courts, one off the guest bedroom for splitting the group. Three pools, three Texas-sized heated hot tubs, tennis, pickleball, and a gated private beach entrance are all right below you. THE SPACE You will have full access to our entire 11th floor beachfront condo, featuring two bedrooms, two baths, and two private patios overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. Our guests are encouraged to take full advantage of the resort amenities located on the property grounds, which include three swimming pools, three oversized heated hot tubs, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. The complex offers a gated, private entrance that leads directly onto the beach. Your booking also includes two reserved parking spaces within the secure resort area. Our condo is perfectly positioned on the south end of South Padre Island, placing you right at the heart of the most convenient and accessible part of the island. Because you enter the island via the causeway right here, you avoid the heavy traffic that often builds up further north, ensuring your vacation starts the moment you arrive. This location is exceptionally walkable, featuring over fifteen diverse restaurants within just seven city blocks. You can enjoy a famous breakfast at Yummies, grab fresh sushi at Kohnami, or head to Gabriella for an upscale Italian dinner. For more casual bites, options like Russo Italian, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and Calacas Taco Bar are all just a short stroll away. You will love the ease of having such a variety of dining options right outside your door. Getting around South Padre Island is a breeze from our location at the south end of the island. We provide two secure off street parking spaces included with your stay, making it easy to keep your vehicles safe and accessible. Please note that the complex allows a maximum of two vehicles per unit. If you are traveling with a third vehicle, free street parking is available on Gulf Boulevard, and you can find additional parking options at the nearby Post Office or the Intermodal Transit Center. For those traveling without a car, the island is very walkable, and local transit options are easily accessible near our complex to help you navigate the area. Important information for your stay. Check in is at 3 PM and check out is at 11 AM. The primary guest must be at least 23 years old. A signed rental agreement and a copy of your photo identification are required prior to your arrival. We provide a starter supply of toiletries and paper goods, but please note these are not replenished during your stay. Parking is limited to two vehicles, and you must register your vehicles with us. Smoking, parties, and loud noise are strictly prohibited at all times. During the month of March and Holy Week, the homeowners association requires a wristband fee for guests between the ages of 10 and 33, which we will coordinate with you before arrival. Please note that quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 9 AM, and the pool area closes at 10 PM. If you are bringing a dog, please let us know in advance for approval and to pay the pet fee. Upon check out, please set the thermostat to 78 degrees, start the dishwasher with your dirty dishes, and take all trash to the chutes near the elevator. The layout is exactly what a family or group of friends needs: living room and kitchen in the center, master to the left, second bedroom to the right, main patio straight ahead overlooking the pool, tennis courts, and the Gulf beyond. Having both bedrooms flanking the common area means two families or two groups can share the space with real privacy — it's a floor plan that holds up under the pressure of a big trip.
The kitchen has older black granite countertops — the appliances all work perfectly and the kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking if you want to save money and skip the restaurant run every meal. The eat-in breakfast counter practically begs for a morning taco bar.
There's a washer and dryer off the kitchen as well, a genuine convenience on any stay. A flat screen Smart TV in the living room handles movie nights as well as in each bedroom and the spacious living room is perfect for a family board game night after a long afternoon at the beach or pools
A quick note on the unit: Royale numbers its floors with a 9 prefix, so Unit 9115 is genuinely on the 11th floor with full elevator access. This is in the Royale Beach & Tennis Club — the 5th tower of Saida, originally all timeshares and now individually owned. The grounds are expansive, high-fenced with 24/7 security, and feel more like a resort than a condo complex. Saida has five towers total, which means plenty of other families and plenty of room for kids to find each other.
One detail worth knowing: Beach Kissed Rentals operates right in front of Saida — walk out, find two empty chairs with an umbrella, and they'll come over to charge you the $45 cash for the day. No hauling gear required & no pre arranged reservations required. The beach itself is open-container friendly (no glass), and BBQ on the beach is allowed. Note that Royale does not permit grills on the property nor patios itself.
Starter supplies provided included fresh, crisp & clean linens, bath towels, face and hand towels, soaps, shampoos, dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener — starter amounts only, not restocked during your stay. Beach towels are not provided; bring your own. If you plan to use the pull-out sofa or the airbed, bring bedding for those surfaces — we supply the queen airbed and pump but not the sheets and blankets for it.

SLEEPING (Up to 8 Guests)
Master bedroom: King bed, en suite full bathroom, flat screen TV, desk with ocean view — great for knocking out a little work with a view that makes it a tad harder to close the laptop when the time comes.
Second bedroom: two queen beds, full bathroom, flat screen Smart TV. Living room: full-size pull-out sofa bed — bring your own bedding for it — and a queen-size airbed with pump provided, also bring your own bedding. The 8-guest maximum includes infants and children.
PARKING
Two off-street secure free parking spaces are included at no charge — free, unlike hotels on the island that charge per car. This unit comes with two spaces and there is no additional guest parking at the complex, so plan to arrive in two vehicles max. For a third vehicle, free street parking is available on Gulf Blvd (a city-owned street), and the Post Office and Intermodal Transit Center are nearby backup options.
DOGS
Up to two dogs are welcome at $75 per dog — one of the better rates on South Padre Island. Dogs may not be on furniture, left alone to bark, or brought into pool areas.
SPRING BREAK
During spring break and Holy Week — roughly the month of March — the Saida Royale HOA charges a $25 per person wristband fee for guests ages 10 to 33. This is an HOA requirement, not ours. We pre-collect it after booking for your convenience and the wristbands will be waiting in the condo when you arrive. Outside of spring break and Holy Week, there are no wristbands
NEIGHBORHOOD
The south end of South Padre Island is where this unit sits — which matters more than it sounds. Crossing the causeway puts you here first, before the crowds concentrate further north, and the difference in traffic on a busy weekend is very real.
Right in the walkable area is some of the best eating on the island. Yummies takes the top spot on both Yelp and TripAdvisor for breakfast on South Padre — the line out front is there for a reason, and they also run a full-service coffee bar for when you need a proper start to the morning. Kohnami Japanese & Sushi is a genuine do-not-miss. Russo's Italian covers affordable, solid pizza alongside gluten-free and wine options.
Gabriella's is the upscale Italian dinner when the group wants a real night out. Johnny Rockets and Tropical Smoothie Café take care of the quick, casual meals. Calacas Taco Bar runs late for the nights when nobody can agree on a bedtime.
Within 7 city blocks there are more than 15 restaurants in total — a rare stretch of South Padre that genuinely earns the word "walkable."

High-speed WiFi is included throughout the condo; please note that Spectrum service can be spotty at times, so come prepared with a hotspot on your phone if you have must-do work as it can go down.

POLICIES
Primary guest must be 23 or older. Guests under 23 may be considered with prior approval before booking and a substantial additional refundable damage deposit — reach out before you book. A signed digital rental agreement and valid photo ID are required before check-in.
You must read and agree to all house rules prior to booking — we are happy to answer any questions before you arrive. Strict cancellation policy applies. No smoking, no parties, no loud music at any time. The property is security patrolled at night.
