Pueblo de Padre II, Unit 2 sits 200 steps from the Gulf at 114 E Swordfish on the east/beach side of Padre Blvd — so you walk straight to the water without crossing the busy four-lane road. Two bedrooms, two baths, up to 6 guests, with over 1,100 square feet of open floor plan, high ceilings, and a quiet second floor with no unit above you. A small pool, a patio with small BBQ grill, and some of the best walkable restaurants on South Padre Island are right outside the door. THE SPACE You will have full and private access to the entire two bedroom condo during your stay. This unit is located on the second floor and features an open floor plan that includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, and two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Outside your door, you have a private patio area where you can enjoy the fresh air and use the provided charcoal grill. You will also have access to the shared pool located right outside your patio. Two dedicated off street parking spaces are included for your convenience, ensuring you have a hassle free arrival. Our condo is perfectly positioned on the east side of Padre Boulevard, meaning you can reach the beautiful Gulf shores in just 200 steps without ever having to cross a busy road. The neighborhood is incredibly walkable and packed with local favorites. You will find the Grapevine Cafe, widely considered the best breakfast and lunch spot on the island, just three houses away. Right next door, you can treat yourself to decadent desserts at Baked Bear Ice Cream and Cookies. For your grocery needs, the local IGA supermarket is only three blocks away and features an excellent meat market for your grilling needs. If you are looking for a special evening out, Viva is a local favorite known for its craft martinis and stunning bayfront sunsets, and you can easily walk to nearby spots like Tequila Sunsets and Bobs on the Bay for drinks. The property is located on South Padre Island where the most convenient way to travel is by personal vehicle or golf cart. We provide two free designated off street parking spaces for your stay, which is a significant benefit compared to local hotels that charge daily parking fees. For those arriving by air, the Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport is the closest major hub, typically located about a forty minute drive from the island. Public transportation on the island is available through the Island Metro, a free shuttle service that operates along the main thoroughfares, making it easy to navigate between local attractions and beach access points without needing your car. Additional free parking can be found at the Intermodal bus station or the post office if you are traveling with more than two vehicles. Important information for your stay. Check in is at 3 PM and check out is at 11 AM. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and provide a valid photo ID along with a signed rental agreement prior to arrival. We provide a starter supply of toiletries and cleaning products which are not replenished during your stay. Guests are responsible for bringing their own bedding if using the sleeper sofa or airbed. Smoking, parties, and loud noise are strictly prohibited at all times. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Pool hours are 8 AM to 9 PM. Please note that the maximum occupancy includes all infants and children. Two off street parking spaces are included. At check out, please set the thermostat to 78 degrees, start the dishwasher with dirty dishes, and take all trash to the dumpster to avoid additional fees. During March, guests between 10 and 35 years of age must purchase a security wristband from the homeowners association. We are professionally managed by South Padre Trips and are available to assist you throughout your stay. Our office is located at 2600 Padre Boulevard and is open seven days a week from 9 am to 5 pm. For any urgent matters or questions, we provide 24 hour phone support to ensure you have a seamless experience. Walk in and the layout is what you will see first: open floor plan with the kitchen and breakfast bar at the center, living room flowing naturally into it, and both bedrooms off to separated for privacy. It's the kind of setup that lets a family of six actually breathe without anyone being on top of each other. The large kitchen table is where the good conversations happen — after dinner, before a beach day, or over a slow breakfast when nobody's in a rush.
The kitchen is fully equipped — pots, pans, dishes, everything needed to run a real meal saving time & money over always eating out. All tile floors throughout, high ceilings, and larger size make this condo feel bigger than most on the island at this price point.
Both bedrooms have their own door directly out to the patio, which is a nice detail when the group wants to split up without walking through the living room.
Out on the patio you'll find a small BBQ grill — the pool is just off the patio as well, shared among the small number of units in the complex. It's a quiet, low-traffic setup; no resort crowd, no waiting. Reach out with any questions about pool hours.
Starter supplies provided: linens, bath towels, face and hand towels, soaps, shampoos, dishwasher pods, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener — starter amounts, not restocked during your stay. Beach towels are not provided; bring your own. If you plan on using the sleeper sofa or the airbed.

SLEEPING (Up to 6 Guests)
Master bedroom: King bed, en suite full bathroom. Second bedroom: Queen bed with a pull-out single trundle underneath — three can sleep comfortably in that room. Living room: a smaller sleeper sofa and a full-size airbed with pump provided. Bring your own bedding for the sleeper sofa and the airbed if you plan on using. The 6-guest maximum includes infants and children.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Three buildings down is Grapevine Cafe, one of the highest-rated breakfast and lunch spots on South Padre Island, with a full-service coffee bar. For anyone gluten intolerant, they have you covered — the banana bread french toast is gluten-free and worth every bite, and the club sandwiches are just as good.
Right next door to Grapevine is the decadent Baked Bear Ice Cream & Cookies, open late and genuinely hard to walk past without stopping. Save the calorie counting for when you're home hey!
Three blocks up is the local IGA supermarket, home to the best meat market on the island if you're planning a proper grill night. For evening drinks, Tequila Sunsets and Bob's on the Bay are both walkable.
And for a real dinner experience — craft martinis, bayfront views, the jaw dropping sunset thrown in for free — Viva is the move. Most locals will tell you it's the best restaurant on the island and it's hard to argue.
This stretch of South Padre packs in far more than most visitors expect when they first arrive.
