It's a traditional, "old-style" beach home with wooden walls, charm, and is located in the quiet, oceanside Seacrest neighborhood of Southern Shores, NC. This home is located on a dead-end street, so there are no worries about traffic. It is also a great place for kids to ride their bikes. A large yard is available with shade trees to cool off during the hot summer days. Hameljuice also has large decks that have built-in benches if you prefer the sun. A large screened porch is available for you to enjoy the cool breezes and amazing weather of the Outer Banks. This rental home features large under-house parking spaces as well as an enclosed outdoor shower with a Weber grill.

Hameljuice is a short walk to the beach at 270 yards. Access to the beachfront parking and community tennis are just a few of the many amenities that this home offers.

Level 1:

There are 3 bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and private deck access, and two with 2 Twin beds each. There is also a sleep sofa in living room, 2 bathrooms (1 with tub/shower, and 1 with a shower), and a kitchen with double sink, microwave, and dishwasher. There are four TVs: one flat screen TV with a 50 inch or larger screen in the living area, one flat screen TV with a 32 inch or larger screen in the master bedroom, and two flat screens TVs with a 19 inch or larger screen in the east and west bedrooms. There is also an internet access, ceiling fans, a fireplace, and a large DVD library. You can also use the umbrella, beach chairs, and deck furniture.

Hameljuice is centrally situated between Duck and Kitty Hawk. This means you're only a short drive from grocery stores, shopping, dining (fast food to 5 star), and many Outer Banks attractions such as lighthouses, The Wright Memorial and wild horse tours, fishing charters and wild horses, mini golf, hang gliding and jet ski rentals. There's something for everyone, including children and adults.
