Located only 215 yards from the beach access makes it easy to get to the beach without needing to drive. While close to the beach access, you are also nestled in a wooded area of Southern Shores. This gives you great privacy from the large sundeck.

3 bedrooms (1 with Queen, 1 with Double, 1 with Twins), 2 baths (1 with tub and shower). Living/dining/kitchen area, 1 Queen sleep sofa.

“Squires” is the perfect Outer Banks vacation rental if you are looking to relax at the beach with your family. The community of Southern Shores will offer you tennis, basketball and soccer areas. There is a children’s playground as well as sound access so you can watch the incredible sunsets. Staying in Southern Shores, you will remain close to shopping, restaurants, area tours and fishing piers.
