The addition is surrounded with live oaks providing privacy and a peaceful, cozy feeling. Enjoy the sunset on the pool deck overlooking a private pond, a short four-minute walk to the beach (260 yards) on this quiet, dead-end street with private beach access, or a short bike ride into the town of Duck. Family-oriented home in Seacrest Village conveniently located near the bike path to Duck and no roads to cross on your way to the beach.

Level 1:

Living area with 55" flat screen HDTV, surround sound, DVD/VCR player combo, mini refrigerator, access to pool deck. 3 bedrooms (1 with Queen, private bath with shower; 1 with King, private bath with tub and shower, 37" flat screen TV; 1 with Bunk set), hall bath (with shower).

Level 2:

Kitchen with pantry. Living area with 46" flat screen HDTV, DVD player. 3 bedrooms (1 with Queen, private bath with shower; 1 with Twins, 1 with Pyramid bunk and Queen) hall bath (with shower).
