The house was amazing! The private walk way to the beach was absolutely perfect for our 2 year old and 5 month old children. The pool and hot tub are heated and have the best view of the beach/ocean for times when we wanted to stay sand-free. The Wanna Wanna bar was right down the beach and was very easy to walk to! Perfect location for families!

Excellent Vacation !!! - As always, the condo was great. We called about a couple rather small things when we arrived, but the maintenance guys arrived quickly and were great. We will definately travel down again soon. Thanks to all at SPI Rentals for your excellent service.

Our family of 10 really enjoyed this home for our beach vacation. We loved having a private beach access to be able to walk to the beach and having a private pool and hot tub was great also. The house size was perfect for all to be comfy.

We had 10 in our family that stayed here. One couple had a bedroom with bath. One couple had the Queen with jack and Jill bath and their two kids had the adjoining bedroom with the two single beds. The last couple had the large master and we brought an air mattress for the two little kids in that room. Plenty of room! The ocean was cold so the heated pool was perfect, though a bit small. Jets didn’t work on the hot tub/spa even after the repair man came only one worked. We come to South Padre every other year and would rent this place again if available!

This was the best vacation my family and I have ever had. This house was absolutely beautiful as well as extremely comfortable for everyone. Not only was this a terrific place to stay, you also provided so many extras that made our stay so pleasant. Extras such as a fully stocked kitchen, a television in every room, very comfortable beds, plenty of storage areas, spacious rooms, beautiful furnishings, easy access to the beach as well as the patio area and private pool made our stay fun and pleasant. Every member of my family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and we had a wonderful vacation. We were all very impressed with your house and we will most definitely be back every year!

We just spent a week here at this property and enjoyed every aspect of it. First of all the online pictures do this beachouse no justice, it's very spacious and clean! The kids absolutely loved the private heated pool and jacuzzi!, the pool stayed clean and the private beach access was awesome. The online pictures don't show a private pier to the beach, the beach is so close! The home was clean upon arrival and all linens the same. This property has a usable 2 car garage.. SPI rentals was always there if needed, hours are like 8 am to 10 pm every day, if you like cocktails and frozen adult beverages there's a beachfront bar directly on the beach just a short walk without leaving the sand, they also sell good food. If we had to split hairs we would say it was a little bright in front room due to street lights and then sun for sleeptime. Also if you need to do your hair this unit does not come equipped with a hair dryer. Otherwise I highly recommend this property.

Love staying at this location, heated pool and hot tub,beach being so close. House very comfortable, new furniture in living room not to our taste or comfort. Would enjoy a larger TV in living room.

We had a great time staying here in South Padre Island. The house was well kept and offered everything we expected. When we did have questions the SPI staff responded immediately. We will return to Padre in 2 years and we will use the SPI rentals services to pick our next place.

This rental is like being at home and on vacation at the same time. All the comforts of home at a great location. Fantastic views of the ocean. SPI rental agents were very attentive. Would definitely consider this location again.

We rented this unit to celebrate with family and it was perfect! SPI was so quick to respond to any inquiry we had. We didn't know how to use the TV, someone came right over. The empty unit next to us the pool motor was making noise, someone came right over! Great customer service! Thank you.

This was our whole families (me, my husband, our daughter & son-in-law & or son & our pets) 1st time ever in South Padre. The Condo was everything we expected, it was clean, plenty of room, comfortable & the staff was very friendly & willing to help us with the any problem (which really was only one and that was a concern on our part) the compressor unit to the hot tub was producing lots of water on the side of the patio we called & they were there right away they reassured us that is was completely normal. We throughly enjoyed ourselves while we were their to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary with our immediate family. Hoping we can do this again. We'd definitely use SPI Rentals again.
