You won't find better balconies on the island. Inverness #901 offers a nearly 300-degree view of the island thanks to two large balconies (600+ square feet) and an additional landing just outside the front door. Enjoy the sunrise with your morning coffee on the large balcony that overlooks the ocean. Enjoy the sunset either from the wraparound balcony or front patio balcony. This is a corner condo, so it's very private. This condo is ideal for a quiet and peaceful vacation away from the stresses of everyday life.

All three bedrooms have stunning views: The master bedroom has a breathtaking ocean view and the other bedrooms offer a bay or city view. The master bedroom has a brand-new King-size Beauty-rest Pillow-top Mattress and Box Springs. The other places you're considering staying won't be as comfortable! The kitchen is fully functional, and it's stocked with all the essentials: plates, bowls glasses, silverware toaster blender etc. Both bathrooms have been renovated recently and feature granite countertops and cabinets in white. The master bedroom is equipped with a TV, a lounge chair, and is connected to the master bathroom. This offers privacy and a large walk-in shower. The other bathroom has a large counter and a bathtub/shower combination. The living room has a large couch with a queen size sleeper mattress. The condo has everything you need for a vacation, including a Sony Ultra-High Disc Player (plays Blu-ray, 4k UHD and DVD) and a 50" TV in 4k. Free WiFi. The condo has a laundry facility on site.

The Inverness901 condo is a large corner unit (1360 sq ft), located at the Inverness. Inverness means "peace in wilderness". The 3rd-floor hot tub and swimming pool offer stunning views of the ocean. You can walk to some of the best restaurants, pubs & bar on the island: Wanna-Wanna Beach Bar & Grille, Kelly's Irish Pube, Parrot Eyes and Ted's. The Island Metro Trolley will pick you up right outside the condo for other restaurants and bars. The popular island activities like the Sea Turtle Inc. and South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center are less than 1 mile away. Easy access to the beach. 30 feet away. You can also explore amazing sand-dunes and even drive on the beach by heading north for around 5 minutes. There is one covered parking space available on the first and second floors of the parking garage, which is accessible by elevator. If you have an extra car, there is also parking in front of the building.

The pool and both hot tubs are currently being renovated. The estimated completion date is December 1, 2023. RATES HAVE BEEN ADJUSTED TO REFLECT THIS ITEMS.
