The fully renovated 110 E. Coronado #103 is a vacation rental that can accommodate up to 10 people! The four-story townhouse features 4 bedrooms/3.5 baths, gorgeous interior design, elegant furniture and a rooftop terrace with plenty of outdoor seating. It also offers views of the Ocean and Bay! The living room is located on the second level. It is beautifully furnished and provides ample seating for guests to relax and watch the large flat-screen television. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. This fully-stocked kitchen will delight guests who love to cook. The bar counter has four barstools to provide additional eating space. The dining table can seat 6-8 people.

The third floor has three bedrooms, including the master. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, a large flat-screen television, and a balcony. A shower is included in the attached bathroom. The second bedroom has two full beds, a flat-screen television and a TV. The third sleeping area has an open floor plan and includes two twin trundle bed (4 twin beds in total) plus an additional futon. The spiral staircase will take you to a spacious rooftop deck! The deck offers a bar and lounge area that can accommodate the entire group. It also provides stunning views of the island and the Bay! The fourth bedroom, or mother-in-law's suite, is located on the first floor. It has a full-size mattress and a private bathroom. The bedroom has its own private entrance at the rear of the townhouse. It does not have direct access to the main part of the rental. This is ideal for extended families, multiple families, or any group that wants a little privacy.
